作品名、お名前、メールアドレス、ご住所、電話番号、支払い方法を記入して送信してください。
配送料金については配送場所・サイズにより異なりますので、こちらより送料を含めた金額をお知らせいたします。
クレジットカード決済の方には決済フォーム（Square）を、銀行振込の方にはご請求書を送信いたします。
決済完了後、作品は梱包のうえ発送いたします。
桐箱付きの作品は桐箱を手配し、揃い次第発送いたします。
お客さまのご都合によるご注文のキャンセルや返品は受けかねますので、予めご了承ください。
Purchasing products in Japan
Click [INQUIRE] from STORE and make a request using the dedicated contact form. Please fill in the name of the work, your name, email address, address, telephone number, and payment method. Delivery fees vary depending on location and size; we will inform you of the amount including shipping fee after receiving the request.
For credit card payments, we will send a payment form (Square). For bank transfers, we will send an invoice.
Upon receipt of payment, we will prepare the works (as well as their unique paulownia boxes, when applicable) for shipping and send them as soon as they are ready.

作品の価格は日本の消費税を含んでいます。国外からご購入の場合、10%の消費税は課税されません。
お支払いはクレジットカードか国際送金で承ります。
配送業者が通関手続きを代行します。関税が発生した場合、お客様のご負担になります。

Purchasing products outside Japan
We also ship works internationally. Click [INQUIRE] from STORE and make a request using the dedicated contact form. Please fill in the name of the work, your name, email address, address, telephone number, and payment method.
Additional charges are required for shipping, packaging, and insurance. Insurance premiums depend on the price of the work, and shipping and packaging costs depend on the destination and the size and weight of the work. Once we receive your inquiry, we will inform you of the total amount. The price of each work includes Japanese consumption tax. Sales tax (10%) is not levied when purchasing from abroad.
Payment can be made by credit card or international money transfer. The delivery company will handle customs clearance, and the buyer will be responsible for any customs duties incurred.
