辻村史朗 STORE＞

Artist Biography
1947 Born in Nara Prefecture.
1965 Decided to pursue a career as an artist. Trained himself at a Zen temple.
1970 Established his residence and built kilns in Mima, Nara. 

1977~ Held the first solo exhibition in Mima. Started solo exhibition activity (painting and pottery) in Japan.
1993~ Started solo exhibition activity in foreign countries such as Germany, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, etc.
1999 Held a solo exhibition of jars and tea bowls at the Urasenke Chado Research Center Gallery, Kyoto.
2007 Invited to show in the Venice Biennale Artempo Exhibition. 

2010 Held a solo exhibition at Jablonka Gallery, Berlin. 

2013~ Invited to show at the Axel Vervoordt Gallery, Antwerp, Belgium.
2022 Held a solo exhibition at Museum「EKI」Kyoto, ZENBI -鍵善良房- Kagizen Art Museum
2023~ Held exhibitions of paintings, pottery and calligraphy in Japan and other countries.
