1958年 京都五条坂に生まれる
1979年 京都府立陶工訓練校を卒業
1980年 京都市立工業試験場陶磁器研修終了、父満之のもとで作陶指導を受ける
1981年 日本伝統工芸近畿展初入選
1984年 日本伝統工芸展初入選
1986年 滋賀比良山西麓に築窯
1997年 日本工芸会正会員に認定

ARTIST PROFILE
1958 Born in Gojōzaka, Kyoto
1979 Graduated from the Kyoto Prefectural Training School for Pottery
1980 Completed training at the Kyoto Municipal Institute of Industrial Research in ceramic arts; studied pottery with his father Mitsuyuki
1981 First selected for the Kinki Exhibition of Japanese Traditional Art Crafts
1984 First selected for the Exhibition of Japanese Traditional Art Crafts
1986 Built a kiln at the western foot of Mt. Hira in Shiga Prefecture
1997 Certified as a full member of the Japan Art Crafts Association

Awards:
The Kinki Exhibition of Japanese Traditional Art Crafts: Matsushita Konosuke Memorial Prize, Japan Art Crafts Association Kinki Branch President Award
